Thailand Lantern Festival (Yi Peng)

If we were to describe Yi Peng in one word, it would definitely be: magical.

The festival takes place in November and is world famous for releasing thousands of floating lanterns into the sky. Next to this well known picture of the floating lanterns, there is a parade, traditional dance shows and live music.
